A bottle label design created for a new Limoncello brand based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Amici Limoncello is company started by Peter & Bram van Koppen, father and son. The two have been experienced Limoncello drinkers all their life and often visit the south of Italy to taste the best of the best. Eventually, in the summer of 2020, they decided to bring this drink home with them by making their own Limoncello. Amici Limoncello brings more to The Netheralnds then just their tasty, sweet drink. They have implemented a refill system to reuse bottles. With this unique recycle technique, together with their local distribution system, Amici Limoncello aims to be one of the most sustainable brands in the sector.

Amici Limoncello approached Studio ON to create a logo of the company that simultaneously can be used as a bottle label. The image ought to portray a 'classic Limoncello' theme, but as the same time, have a modern feeling. This would fit well with company appearance. During the design process, multiple concepts were sent back and forth to find the best tailored option. Eventually, this design was chosen. This logo is is used as label on all Amici bottles to date, with over 1000 sold.
